Exchange Policy
In the event that you have made the wrong selection or have been sent the wrong item, West Coast Dental Depot is happy to exchange your purchase. Simply return the item in the box it was delivered in and include an indication of the item for which it should be exchanged. If the amount of the exchange varies from the original product you will be required to pay the difference.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please notify our Customer Service Centre immediately on (08) 9479 3244. Damaged or faulty goods will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued. All damaged and faulty goods must be sent back to West Coast Dental Depot, 17a Wheeler Street, Belmont, WA 6104 with prior notification to Customer Service on (08) 9479 3244.
